As mentioned, it is not a finished solution, product, or service. Therefore, there are no future costs or licensing commitments for you. You own the code from the Optimizely Website Framework just as you own the code we develop uniquely for you, in accordance with IT & Telecom Companies’ “General Terms and Conditions for IT Services 2016.” Very straightforward!

Since it is not a finished solution, product, or service, it also does not come with any guarantees or future free updates to the framework itself. Once your website, portal, or e-commerce site is launched and accepted by you, there is no distinction between the framework code and your custom code; they are part of the same whole. We, of course, offer continuous development, maintenance, and support for your web solution, which is regulated by separate agreements.
