Our View on Sustainability

Of the 17 Global Goals that Agenda 2030 (in swedish) focuses on, we have chosen to place special emphasis on: “Good Health and Well-being,” “Gender Equality,” “Affordable and Clean Energy,” and “Responsible Consumption and Production.”

This means simple, smaller actions:

•  Exercise during work hours and maximize wellness benefits
• Personalized plans for mental and physical health
• Stop serving red meat at internal events and instead enjoy vegetarian options
• Make sustainable choices for consumables
• Actively reduce electricity consumption at our office and only purchase so-called green electricity
• Avoid fossil-fueled transportation for work (cars and flights) and instead travel by train and/or electric cars
• Actively promote greater diversity among staff, including increasing the proportion of women and hiring people with non-Swedish backgrounds
• Maintain zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior and language in our workplace
• Ensure no wage disparities between men and women

It also involves some bigger actions:

• Influencing our clients to develop solutions that enhance their sustainability profile and their ability to align with Agenda 2030.
• Actively choosing not to work with companies or organizations that operate in industries we do not consider sustainable.
