Privacy policy
Your privacy is important to us at Ninetech. This policy is intended to ensure that you feel secure about how we handle your personal information when you interact with us.
When You Apply for a Job with Us
To process your application, determine if you are a suitable candidate, and contact you with any questions or to schedule an interview, we need to process your personal information. The information we process depends on what you submit to us. Still, it typically includes name, address, email address, phone number, personal identification number, and details about your qualifications and other content in your CV and/or cover letter. This processing is based on a legitimate interest assessment, where our interest in handling your application is deemed sufficient to justify processing your personal information. If you wish to withdraw your application, you can do so by contacting us through the channel you used to submit your application. If you do this, we will delete all your personal information and close your recruitment case unless we have a legal obligation to retain some or all of the information or there is another lawful reason to keep your personal data.
If you are not hired, your application documents are stored for two years to comply with anti-discrimination laws. If we choose not to proceed with your application because we do not need to hire at the moment, your documents will be stored for one year unless you request their deletion earlier. Even if you are hired, your qualifications will be kept for two years, while other necessary information such as name, personal identification number, and contact details will be retained throughout your employment and for a certain period afterwards.
Your personal information may be stored with Microsoft, whom we use as a hosting provider for email communication and document management. Otherwise, it is not disclosed to anyone outside of Ninetech prior to employment.
When You Communicate with Us on Social Media
We are active on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram. If you, as a private individual, choose to post content, such as a post or comment, on any of our public pages, you consent to us processing the personal information you publish. We do this to market ourselves and communicate with individuals who contact us with questions or discussions. In addition to storing your personal information on the platform you published it on, we also process it by reading, possibly responding to, and eventually deleting it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your posted content.
Please remember that posting content on one of our public pages provides the information you publish to the social service provider. Ninetech has no control over how these providers use your information, which is governed entirely by their own terms for each service.
When You Send Us an Email or Use Our Contact Form
Incoming emails generally contain personal information. If you email us, we will process your personal information by reading, storing, and handling your message and, if necessary, forwarding it to the appropriate recipient within Ninetech. The personal information processed for this purpose is the same as what you provide in your message. Common examples of personal information we receive this way are name, email address, phone number, and job title. When you contact us via our contact form, it is mandatory to provide your name and email address, but there is also an optional field where you can provide your phone number.
The legal basis for this processing is a legitimate interest assessment, where we have determined that our (and your) interest in handling and responding to your message is sufficient to justify processing your personal information. If your message does not fall under a different legal basis, you have the right to object to further processing. In this case, we will delete all messages containing your personal information unless we have a legal obligation to retain some or all of them or there is another legitimate reason to keep them. The same applies after the communication/case has been closed. For example, suppose the case relates to an existing customer relationship. In that case, we may keep it for the duration of the customer relationship (even with a legitimate interest assessment) and a period afterwards (to uphold our rights under the law).
Think carefully before mentioning another person in a message to us. Such personal information is processed based on a legitimate interest assessment, but it may be difficult or even impossible for us to inform the individual that their personal information is being processed in this case. Take care of your fellow individuals and mention other people only if you consider it necessary.
Your Rights
Under data protection regulations, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we process about you and information on how we handle it, provided you can verify your identity. In some cases, you may also request your personal information in a structured, machine-readable, and commonly used format to transfer the data to another provider.
You also have the right to request correction or supplementation of the personal information we process about you. While we verify the accuracy of the data, you may request that the processing of your personal information be restricted, meaning it can only be stored by us until further notice. You can also request that we delete your personal information, but your request may be denied if we still have a legitimate reason to retain the data under laws or agreements.
If you believe our processing of your personal information is unlawful or not handled correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (IMY). The IMY website provides more information on how to do this.

Whistleblower Policy
If you wish to report something that you suspect or know is in violation of the law or CombinedX’s policies or values, you have several options. Report known or suspected issues to a manager or the manager’s superior; contact details are available on the company’s and CombinedX’s websites. If these options do not seem suitable, you can instead report suspected or known issues through CombinedX’s whistleblowing platform, where you can report confidentially and anonymously.
The whistleblowing system is available to employees within CombinedX and all its subsidiaries, to business partners of CombinedX and its subsidiaries, and to the public.
